Jacobson joins Kotzen yard

Jockey "Billy" Jacobson has joined the Sumerveld satellite yard of Glen Kotzen as second choice jockey and will take up this position with immediate effect,with jockey Raymond Danielson firmly entrenched as first choice rider and doing a superb job, it is heartening to see that Frikkie Greyling has given Jacobson a chance and Im sure he will make the most of the opportunity afforded him,having started off his riding carreer under the tutorage of David Ferraris in Johannesburg this likable young man has been plagued by weight problems and a recent motor cycle mishap resulting in a broken leg has had him sidelined for a while,hopefully this is the chance that will kick start a new era in his career.Having just returned from a broken leg we wont wish that upon him again,but the proverbial 'break a leg" from all at Formgrids is in order.
